Breathwalk in Denver

Breathwalk is the practice of combining walking with specific breathing techniques. it is meditative and revitalizing. It improves health, well-being and connects us to our source of inspiration. Clear your mind, sort out emotional turmoil, lift your mood and reconnect with nature! If you can walk and breathe, you can take this class! Please be prepared to walk outside, bring comfortable shoes, hat, sunscreen, etc. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of weather that is too cold or too wet to walk outside, CLASS WILL STILL BE HELD. We will have a Breathwalk class indoors.
