Even though Sputnik is a bar and known for serving PBR to thirsty customers, we have taken pride that our coffee is not just an afterthought. We proudly serve Caffé Vita coffee-one of the finest artisan roasters in the northwest, and we know our coffee menu is not as huge as some, but you can put booze is any of drinks… uhmmm Irish coffee.

The Sputnik kitchen has come a long way since it’s humble begining as Strelka. Chef Matthew Paris has expanded the once simple menu of bar food like grilled cheese, corndogs and the now famous sweet potato to now include real japanese ramen, vegan Pav Bahji like you can get on the streets on New Deli, Cuban pork sandwiches & a great shrimp curry. The kitchen offers a number of vegitarian and vegan dishes. So come check out our delicious lunch and dinner offerings.
