Denver's Only Donation Based Teacher Training Program! Thank you for your interest in our upcoming fall yoga teacher training. We offer an in-depth study of the ancient and modern practices of Yoga, the methods that merge the body, mind and spirit. We serve people who wish to expand their personal understanding of yoga and those who have the desire to teach and share such expansive knowledge with others. This training is for people who want to go deeper in their practice and experience the far reaching benefits of yoga both on and off the mat. Participants will experience: · Yoga Philosophy, Chanting, Pranayama & Meditation · Classical Ashtanga, Iyengar & Vinyasa Yoga Asana (Poses) · Ayurveda, Anatomy, Physiology & Therapeutics · Teaching Methodology, Skills and Communication · Committed, Experienced & Available Staff Members Established in 2003, our veteran school is dedicated to providing the highest quality training. Each of our instructors comes from a richly distinct background. Our unique curriculum offers a synthesis of different yogic teachings into a cohesive whole, benefiting the student in unparalleled ways. We offer the program on a donation basis. (a minimum donation of $1200 is required to cover basic expenses.) Our students thrive most when given individualized attention, consequently our enrollment is limited to just 18 participants.
