Description
Every week we get together to support and encourage each other in our fitness and nutrition journey. We create and update our recreational sports activities that we do as a club. We help each other understand and use the correct Beachbody home workout products. We help each other with our nutrition plans (and give the resources to create one). For those who are interested, we dedicate the last segment of our meeting for developing a home based business where you can actually get paid to be fit!
