Physical and Emotional Pain Release Wednesday, November 18, 9am to 10:30am Pain can stop us in our tracks whether the pain is emotional or physical. It doesn't have to. Did you know that this pain can be released in minutes or hours often without medication? For example: Emotional Eating Knee or Back Pain Physical Discomfort Depression Anger and Rage Anxiety and Stress Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works utilizing the bodies energy system. Often known as acupuncture without needles, EFT works often when nothing else does. General knowledge of EFT is required for this course. Don't worry if you don't know it. Email the organizer and we will do a complimentary 1/2 hour session to bring you up to speed. This is a group class. EFT works best when you work it. Write out ahead of time what you would like to work on. Be as specific as possible and bring this with you to class. Dress comfortably.
