Event details: OWWWO: Older Women Who Work Out November Meetup
Description
Our meetup is an opportunity to network and share information about any and all upcoming or regular events in the Denver Metro area that pertain to the health, fitness, beauty and well-being of older women (over 50). We plan to meet in the lobby of the Central YMCA--we had to move it up one week because the YMCA staff is doing training the following Saturday. We hope to have plenty of information as well as other women involved in fitness and well-being in order to network and plan future events.
