November Astrology Meeting - First Book Club Discussion

The focus of this month's meeting will be a discussion about the first book in our new book club, Astrology and the Authentic Self by Demetra George. Full Description Demetra George is coming to town in November to give a talk for ROMA in Boulder. Her lecture and subsequent workshop will be based on her recent book titled Astrology and the Authentic Self. This is an excellent opportunity for our members to attend a lecture by one of the leading astrologers in the field at the present time, and everyone is urged to attend the lecture if they can make it. With Demetra coming to town next month and giving her evening lecture a few days after our scheduled meeting, it seems fitting to make hers the first book in our book club. So, here is the deal: everyone should acquire a copy of the book and read it by the time of our meeting on November 14th. At our meeting we will discuss the book, and everyone will have a chance to express their thoughts on it. Then we will all be able to attend the ROMA meeting later in the week, and if there are any lingering questions about the book then we should be able to get them answered by the author herself. Since there is about a month until our meeting, there is plenty of time for everyone to order the book and read it by then.
