Mountain Biking time!

Alright Divas I know you have some mountain biking in ya! I'm doing this ride at the flat iron vista trail again, but a different part of it, and hoping to start earlier then last time so we can ride a little longer. For more intermmediate I will post another ride soon for either 3 Sisters in Evergreen or Betasso in Boulder Canyon. This is for beginners so no need to feel like you aren't good enough to keep up, this is going to be very easy paced ride. This ride is mostly flat with a little up and a little down. So don't be shy!! The Flat Iron Vist trail is off of route 93 between Golden and Boulder. Check out the directions on this site. Ride will probably be 6 miles or so and about 2 hours max just depends on how everyone rides. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING PLENTY OF WATER, A SMALL SNACK FOR ENERGY, A HELMET AND IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A SPARE TIRE.....maybe even a headlamp incase we don't get back fast enough.
