Description
Jenâs technique classes combine her comprehensive background in Classical & Contemporary Jazz, Afro-fusion, Modern and Ballet styles and her zeal for arts history and anthropology. Starting center and warming the core muscles, class progresses into sections that deliberate balance, travel, the isolation of body parts, rhythm and poly-rhythms, turns and shifting weight. An adagio and/or allegro center underscore(s) style and aesthetics. Recognized for her versatility as a dancer, teacher & choreographer, Jen combines her devotion to technique with her fascination for theatre, music and vocal arts.
