This one-hour Vinyasa class will give you a full-body workout while relaxing and quieting the mind. Instructors are certified and trained in a fusion of Anusara and Forrest styles, which focuses on safe alignment, healing and self-care. Face challenges in a safe supportive environment and embrace community as we practice and grow together. This class is appropriate for all levels and we encourage the use of props and modifications to maintain safe alignment while reaching your edge. *Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement *Bring a mat, a towel, and water *Blocks and straps are provided Class is offered by donation.
