BMA Roundtable: The Leadership Spotlight

In recognizing that most inspirational leaders that ever existed were not born as leaders. Instead, they honed their leadership skills over time by developing behaviors that, at their core, all outstanding leaders have in common. Whether a first time supervisor, a new manager or a CEO, everyone can benefit from this presentation, The Leadership Spotlight, from Beth Brown and Richard Brown of Professional Resource Enhancement (PRE). The Leadership Spotlight seminar focuses on the characteristics and behaviors that make someone an inspirational leader.
