With Thanksgiving just around the corner, one of
Denver’s most famous fine dining establishments,
1515 Restaurant, is offering festive and affordable
surprises for its patrons. It is now accepting
reservations for an upcoming sell-out day,
November 26, 2009. Dinner will be served
from 11:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.

Executive Chef Chuck James has created the following
feast for a remarkable $18.00 for adults and $9.00 for
children under 10 years of age:

First Course Selections: choice of Duck Confit Cassoulet,
Roasted Quail, Winter Field Greens, Butter Nut Squash Soup.

Main Course - Roasted Heritage Turkey, Prime Rib,
Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, Cauliflower Puree Vegetable
Risotto, Shallot Sage Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes,
Cream Corn Gratin, Honey Mascarpone Polenta

Desserts - choice of Maple Flan w/ Candy Cranberries,
Sweet Potato Pie w/ marshmallow meringue, or Chocolate Banana
Bread Pudding
