Okay, I still don't understand why we haven't seen these guys in latin america... Mexico is a good start, monterrey, the best city. We've already seen Roger Waters, Yes, Dream Theater, Scorpions, Journey, Depeche Mode, lots of damn legendary bands. One of the bands I'm missing to see in my MUST SEE list is TOOL. I love them, everybody does... Why not see them around??? Vote guys, DO IT!

From Wikipedia: Tool is an American rock band, formed in 1990 in Los Angeles, California, when drummer Danny Carey joined the rehearsal of his neighbor, singer Maynard James Keenan, guitarist Adam Jones and bassist Paul d'Amour, when nobody else would show up.
