Intermediate ride speed level, 14-16 warm up then up to 18 mph Distance: 25 miles From Delray, Atlantic ave, to Lake worth pier. Ride up and over lake worth rd. Bridge and loop back around and go up to the Lake worth Pier. Quick rest stopand return back south to Delray Beach HELMET REQUIRED HAVE BIKE SERVICES PRIOR TO RIDE BRING A SPARE TIRE TUBE & TOOLS NEEDED TO CHANGE A FLAT BRING HYDRATION DRINK/ WATERBOTTLE WEAR SUN PROTECTION
