Description

The Book Works was established in 1976 by its founding owner, Milane Christiansen. An independent bookstore, The Book Works specializes in new books with a focus on literary fiction, nonfiction, memoir, art architecture, cookbooks and gardening, children's books, and foreign and domestic magazines. It carries an eclectic selection of fine stationery, cards, journals, gift items, vintage pottery (Bauer), and garden statuary.

The Book Works is located east of I-5 at the Via De La Valle exit. We're located in Flower Hill Promenade, on the second level next to Pannikin Coffee & Tea.
