Heaven & Hell Halloween Music Festival and Costume Party
is Southern California's biggest and most exciting "21+" celebration of music, dance and daring Halloween costumes.
We will transform the Del Mar Fairgrounds into the Hellacious trinity of "Heaven", "Hell", & "Purgatory".
Heaven & Hell will feature:
