Chicago Sun-Times columnist Neil Steinberg has been watching it all, and will share with Tenth Dems University his unique perspective on the year that was, and the year which is fast approaching. Besides writing a regular column for the Sun-Times for over a decade, Steinberg is the author of six books, and is a 10th District resident. Tenth Dems U is free, and open to all.
