Global Dance Fitness by Janet (inspired by Zumba!) is the newest Latin inspired fitness craze. It's easy, aerobic, and makes anyone look CALIENTE! Featuring salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bollywood, cumbia and even more fat burning (over 450 calories an hour) fitness moves & totally hot international music. Also, join us for the Latin Dance Party Friday, Oct. 9th to kick it off!
