RESTORATIVE GENTLE STRETCH OOOH AHHHH YOGA! ALL LEVELS

This 75 min. yoga class is designed to introduce beginners (and experienced practitioners alike) to a very relaxing slow, deep, stretch yoga class. In this class we will build the foundation for your yoga practice and you will receive instructor attention as you gain flexibility. We will explore the specific alignment of yoga poses (asanas), various pose sequences and the relationship of movement and breath. Yogic breathing and relaxation techniques will also be introduced ... perfect for relieving stress and your overall well being.
