Event details: "Christmas Unplugged" Workshop Introduction
Description
"Christmas UNPLUGGED" class. Are you haunted by past holiday seasons overwhelmed by over-indulging, over-spending, over-eating and a lack of sleep? Learn how to consciously create your holiday season by bringing back old lost and forgotten traditions and creating new traditions with your friends and loved ones. This 4-week class series is led by Unity Chaplain and Holistic Life Coach,Rev. Estelle Gibson. Classes are scheduled for each Tuesday in November from 6:30-8pm (Nov 3, 10, 17, 24). Contact Rev.
