How does inner guidance work? What does imagination have to do with intuition? Can you tell the difference between soul and mind? 



Learn how to receive and understand your soul’s voice. Discover how to hear, feel and see psychic communication through the body’s senses. Through an exploration of dreams, archetypes and chakra meditation learn to navigate your third eye.



A chakra-centered meditation and yoga practice can help you create a life of health, strength, awareness, wealth, success, love, peace and joy. In this ongoing series of workshops you'll discover the power of the chakras through guided meditations and yoga movement specifically designed to reconnect you to your energy body. Each workshop focuses on one of the seven chakras and includes lecture/discussion, guided meditations, movement and energy exercises. 



IMPORTANT:Seating is either on the floor or in plastic stacking chairs in our yoga/dance studio setting. Please bring cushions, floor chairs, portable seats or whatever you need to be fully comfortable during seated portions of the workshop. A limited number of blankets and floor chairs are available at the studio (first-come, first-served, so arrive early or bring your own). Be prepared to remove your shoes inside the studio. Dress comfortably, bring layers for temperature control, and wear or bring socks if you are not comfortable being barefoot. Bring journal, notebook, paper, pen, etc. if you wish to take notes.
