Central Market’s 17th annual Hatch Chile Festival is here! Once again we host and roast the world’s most flavorful chiles. Feel the burn in our buttery scones, singe your sweet tooth with Hatch brownies, or experience the raw flavor of our favorite green chile in Hatch sushi! Fresh off the vine or roasted on-site, savor the flavor of the original Hatch Chile Festival.

Enter Our 6th Annual Hatch Chile Recipe Contest
Do you have what it takes to hatch it out against other aspiring chile chefs? We’re looking for the pick of the peppers in our annual Hatch Chile Recipe Contest. Hatch up original starters, entrées, desserts, and drinks to wow the judges and stake your chile claim to fame.

Enter your recipe by August 13. Central Market’s official Hatch judges will select seven finalists with one grand prize winner from each store. Entries are judged for creativity, tastiness, and presentation. Winners receive 75 pounds of Hatch chiles and a $100 Central Market gift card.
