Ounce welcomes guests with a mosaic waterfall at the entrance. The color scheme of reds, golds, black and silvers creates a classy yet rustic atmosphere. With seating to accommodate 228, guests may choose between four dining areas. The fireplace room offers a lodge atmosphere with stone wall and fireplace. The cigar room is a glass-enclosed dining area with a view of Ounce's wine cellar and cigars for purchase. The main dining room has a sleek modern tone with dim lighting and beautiful paintings. An enclosed, soundproof room has a marble table.
Chef Richard Calhoun is previously of the Samba Room. The menu features Chateaubriand for two, steak Diane, beef Wellington, and a 14-ounce Akaushi beef New York strip steak. The restaurant's wine cellar boasts 45 wines by the glass and over 100 bottles of reserve wines.
