Union Station is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. A 10km route and a 5km route are available with only ONE Event Credit allowed, even if completing all routes. Downtown Heritage 10km route (Presidents/Railroad Heritage/Walking Europe in USA/Cemetery Stroll/Courthouses in the USA/Historic Churches, Museum Walk, Artistic Heritage) is on city sidewalks and goes past historic buildings and skyscrapers, JFK sites, the Dallas Farmer's Market, art museums, fountains, and several parks. The 5km routes (College Campus/ Railroad Heritage/Walking Europe in the USA/Courthouses in the USA) go through the West End and on city streets through the beautiful Dallas Uptown and Victory development near the American Airlines Center. Please carry water.
