BRING: Water, you'll need it...Gatorade is good, too comfortable shoes: We would recommend to use Soccer cleats since it is a grass field, but as long as you have some good tennis shoes, it will be ok. Protection: We don't want a harsh game, but if you want, you can bring some pads Friends: Everybody is welcome at joga bonito, bring friends and family...but remember to tell them to sign up afterwords If somebody has Goalie Gloves, please contact me, we are missing those right now, otherwise the goalkeepers will have to play old style bare handed If you want to bring your ball, that is fine...I'll bring one anyways...but your could be better than mine, so please be my guest.
