The mission of the Texas Black Film Festival is to
provide film makers from around the world with:
(1) an opportunity to view the vast film industry resources waiting to be utilized here in the state of Texas;
(2) an opportunity to display works that express the African-American experience;
(3) networking with industry professionals; and
(4) opportunities to sharpen those film production
and marketing skills through workshops.
The mission of the Texas Black Film Festival is to
