In this exciting workshop, we&128;&153;ll prepare spectacular seafood dishes from around the world that you&128;&153;ll love making at home. We&128;&153;ll talk about the importance of buying seafood from sustainable sources, and provide recommendations on which seafood to buy (or avoid) in your area. After defining the meaning of &128;&156;sustainable seafood,&128;&157; we&128;&153;ll share some thoughts about how we can each become &128;&156;stewards&128;&157; of our oceans.
