Punta Cana Salsa Festival

We are planning a vacation to The Dominican Republic to go to the Punta Cana Salsa Festival. Anyone want to come with us? Maybe we can get a discount together! October 8-12, 2009 We bought our flights for under $600 flying from DFW to Punta Cana (1 stop in Miami) AA. It's cheaper to fly to Santo Domingo, the capital, but then you have to make arrangements to cross the island to Punta Cana ($50 bus ride - 3 hours trip). The Congress will take place at a all-inclusive resort and cost about $180 per night - again, all inclusive means, lodging, food, drinks, and of course the Salsa Congress (workshops, shows, and social dancing) - what more could you want :) If you're interested in rooming together contact us.
