RYAN HEDDLESTON, of the Portfolio Realty Group, is a seasoned investment real estate broker and an experienced investor in his own right. During the past several years as a licensed broker, he has helped numerous investors acquire investment property and has worked with large developers to acquire land for residential development. The founder of Deacon Real Estate Development in 2005, Ryan has been able to amass a sizeable investment property portfolio that focuses on positive cash flow and equity capitalization. He currently oversees the operation of 30 investment property units valued at over $2,500,000. Before becoming a real estate investor/broker, Ryan was a successful corporate salesperson in the logistics and technology integration industries. Ryan received his Bachelors degree in Marketing (Cum Laude) from Texas Tech University.
