“Around the World” Vinyasa Practice Yoga Workshop with Liz Tucker
 Saturday, 11/21, 2-4p, $30 in advance, $40 at the door if space available
 
Our planet spins on its axis every day and most of us don't even entertain the thought of it. We are held in place by gravity and we trust the ground beneath our feet. At times we are painfully aware of the spinning of our personal universe -- our lives. It becomes challenging to trust the ground. 

In this flowing yoga class, we organize our mats into a cross shape, and move to the top of each mat in different directions as a metaphor for learning how to gracefully move through these transitions in our lives. Experience in vinyasa practice preferred; no new beginners please. Please bring your own mat(s) if you have them.
