Meet others interested in Tai Chi practice. I am working on my teaching certification. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 2 years now and have decided to get into teaching because of the wonderful health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. This group is for the folks in the Cypress/Spring/Tomball/Magnolia areas. I love teaching Tai Chi. In the first lessons we will start with Qigong exercises, deep breathing and stretching. Then we will learn Tai Chi and all of it's basic movements to get the greatest effect from the exercise. Be sure to wear loose fitting workout clothes and tennis shoes.
