This class will cure you of candy phobia; we will learn how to work with sugar, use loads of different toppings and flavors and make sweet swirls of Marshmallow magic. Bittersweet Chocolate Truffles Almond Toffee English Toffee Vanilla Bean Marshmallows Chocolate Marshmallows This class will take place at Kitchen 2: Surfas Restaurant Supply 8777 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232 The Baking 101 Series is designed to teach basic techniques of baking and expand on them using market-fresh produce and the finest ingredients available. Take as many or as few of classes in the series as you wish.
