Savory Pie Crust Leek and Goat Cheese Quiches Quiche Lorraine Mushroom Tart Roasted Tomato Tart This class will take place at Kitchen 2: Surfas Restaurant Supply 8777 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232 The Baking 101 Series is designed to teach basic techniques of baking and expand on them using market-fresh produce and the finest ingredients available. Take as many or as few of classes in the series as you wish.
