Christmas in the Park

Held on  the first Friday in December each year at 6:00 p.m. at the Heritage Park Pavilion and John B. Foley Park. The program will kick off with music by local school children, hot chocolate, snacks, and visits with Santa for the children. Contestant’s Christmas Trees and cards from the annual tree and card decorating contest are on display for public viewing and winners are announced during the Christmas in the Park program. Each year two lucky children are selected to help the Mayor light the Christmas Tree. The event is free and open to the public.
