Description:
SBA Lender Training on 504 Loan Program conducted by the Georgia Certified Development Corp. How to put a deal together, use of proceeds, companion loans, fees, closing, reporting information, servicing, etc. Lunch will be provided by Georgia Certified Development Corp. Reservations are REQUIRED in advance. Please contact Maria Lloyd at 615-736-7427 for complete details and to reserve your seat.
If you are a Lender interested in making SBA guaranteed loans, please contact Maria Lloyd for East Tennessee and Lisa Denson for West Tennessee training events. We provide free in-house training upon request of the Lending institution.
