Group exercise and conditioning classes with Mark Dobies, former star of Guiding Light, One Life to Live and The "Aerobic Instructor" on " Everybody Loves Raymond". Geared toward over forty. Education on nutrition, and exercise technique. Hands on training. We'll focus on those just starting an exercise program or those wanting to get back into shape. Anyone ready to make a COMMITMENT to a lifestyle change should come and join this class. First class will run approximately 1 1/2 hours. Subsequent groups an hour depending on group size. Bring a towel and a bottle of water and get ready to have some fun. Join Mark who has brought his fitness routines to the sets of countless Prime Time TV programs and is beginning a new program starting in the Cranford area. "Be Fit" , "Get Healthy", "Have Fun"!
