I have been going to Coupland for years. Customer Service has steadily gone down hill. Food is good one time, bad the next.. Every time we went Rick had an issue with a customer, and in his perspective the customer was always wrong. Rick needs to learn some people skills. His brother Ronnie needs to run the place, nice guy. Drinks are not good and priced high. Sound system is bad. The structure itself is way cool. Owner is just arrogant. Don't go for a two night stay in the Inn. Nothing to do at all. Great place BAD Management. Can not handle large crowds.
