Cottonwood Alternative Energy Meetup Group -Initial Formation

The initial meeting of the Cottonwood Alternative Energy Meetup Group will be focused on an exploration of the organization of the group, with discussion of formation of a charter, agenda, and networking among members, and future affiliates toward: 1) Residential alternative energy solutions afforded (first) in the high-desert areas that are compliant with green-earth paradigms. 2) Social networking and workshops among members, visitors, and affiliates toward emergent best-fit projects among resource stakeholders. 3) Development of a vehicle of incentive that affords early adoption of residential retro-fitting of engineered solutions, and supporting new residential construction. 4) Member and community education. 5) Other pertinent topics as realized by attendees. A donation of any amount by each attendee is encouraged to defray associated costs of the initial formative meetings. Meeting attendees are encouraged to bring a veggy plate, or dessert dish. Coffee and tea will be provided with kitchen and serving counters available in the Pine Shadows Clubhouse.
