Explore and recreate your life through discussion, visualization, movement, recapitulation breathing, and other tools based on the Toltec teachings of don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. This is a series of monthly workshops on creating and living your dreams through the changing cycles of the year. January 5: Living Your Dreams in the New Year Energetically release your SHOULDÂÂ's and discover what you really want your life to look like in the new year. Do you find yourself setting goals every year and not keeping them? Are you setting goals that truly make you happy or goals that you think you SHOULD make? Who is subconsciously setting your goals? Your mind or your higher self? Your parents? Your spouse? Your friends? Your inner child? This workshop will give you the opportunity to discover who and what is keeping you from achieving what you want in your life. Make 2010 the year that you discover, create and live your dreams! February 2: Creating Your Dream Relationship Energetically release your beliefs about relationships and discover the perfect relationship for you. Are you unhappy with the relationship you are in or looking for a new relationship? Are you happy with the relationship you are in, but want to improve it? Do you always end up breaking up with your initially perfect partner because he/she turns out to be imperfect? (or in the words of the judge inside you, "a total jerk") Are you attracted to partners you know are wrong for you? Do you think you need to be in a relationship in order to be happy? Do you, your parents, or children think you should be in a relationship when you donÂÂ't really want to be? Who is subconsciously choosing your relationships? Your mind or your higher self? Your parents? Your friends? Your inner child? Whatever your relationship issues, this workshop will give you the opportunity to discover who and what is keeping you from creating the relationship of your dreams. You will be able to draw on the energy of this small intimate environment to help energetically set your intent for a new relationship. Make 2004 the year that you truly discover, create and live the relationship of your dreams! March 2: Planting the Seeds of a New Dream Energetically release unwanted agreements from your childhood and discover what you really want your life to look like. March marks the transition from winter into spring. It is an ideal time to start planting new seeds. In this workshop, you will explore your life from birth through adulthood and have the opportunity to recreate it in a form that serves you. You will examine the personal and unique fears and beliefs that you formed in childhood that keep you from living the life of your dreams.
