Yoga can help you connect to your body and alleviate stress and tension that can so easily build during these months. Come and be in the moment with your body and new baby inside. Cultivating body awareness can be one of the most useful tools in creating a safe delivery. Plus join other expectant moms in a class designed specifically for you. Please bring a mat and a blanket. Space is limited and you may sign up early at any community center in Costa Mesa to reserve your space. $60 for 6 classes.
