Description
This unique outing is designed for adults who have never ridden a bike before. Our professional instructors will patiently teach you the basic skills of riding a bike, including how to get on and off, stop and start, and improve your balance. This outing will prepare you for the next step?either our Introduction to Mountain Biking or Introduction to Road Cycling outing. REI Novara bikes will be provided for everyone without a bike of his/her own (no extra cost); children, however, must provide their own bikes. Please bring your own helmet. This outing is recommended for those 12 and older; under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
