Sparkling CIty Light Opera, Corpus Christi's premiere light opera company presents Amahl and the Night Visitors by Gian-Carlo Menotti. Amahl and the Night Visitors is a heartwarming holiday tradition. Menotti's beautiful score and touching libretto appeal to all ages and musical backgrounds making it one of the most popular and frequently performed American Operas of the 20th century. Amahl is an inspiring story of how charity, unselfish love, and good deeds can work miracles. Sparkling City Light Opera is a non-profit corporation that provides high quality, professional performances to preserve and promote the history and rich tradition of light opera and musical theater.
