Are you ready to feel and look better? Our simple stepped classes have been helping people like you get in shape, for 33 years! Class participants have fun, feel better, and see results! Music selections are made with our students in mind, creating a fun atmosphere that everyone will enjoy. Each class offers jazz oriented aerobics-interval training with -bursts of energy-steady state aerobics. Take charge of your body!
- Weight training-2-8 lbs dumb bells are needed (some available).
- Floor mats supplied.
