Description
NUMACHY The word Machy is greek for fight or to do battle. We thought this would be a fitting title for our kickboxing class. This class will be led by Erin, NuBodyÃÂ's Kickboxing Instructor, and is a high intense training program. The month of September will start with kickboxing basics and will gradually increase in intensity over the next few months. WHEN: Tuesdays (starting Sept 1st) TIME: 6:00-6:55 PM PRICE: Pay $50 for the month or $15 for an individual class NKC (NuBody Kettlebell Club) Join the Club the NuBody Kettlebell Club. You will only be using one piece of equipment for this class, the kettlebell. WHEN: Thursdays (starting Sept 3rd) TIME: 6:00-6:55 pm PRICE: Pay $50 for the month or $15 for an individual class
