Great Spring Hikes in Contra Costa County

Emerald green hillsides, carpets of wildflowers, brimming creeks, and nesting birds East Bay Regional Park District naturalist Mike Moran will show you spring at its finest, as he takes you on a digital tour of Contra Costa County's trails. Come walk the spectacular ridges of Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, look for breeding newts in Briones Regional Park, watch peregrine falcons soar in Diablo Foothills Regional Park, and hike to Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve's Coal Canyon for one of the county's best wildflower displays.
