Mark Dacascos & Lacey Schwimmer

Famously known as "The Chairman" and host of Food Network's Iron Chef America, Mark Dacascos is also a trained martial artist as well as actor. After being discovered in San Francisco's Chinatown, Mark began to establish a film and television career playing not only martial artists but a wide arrangement of characters before joining Iron Chef America in 2005. His partner, Lacey Schwimmer, was chosen as one of the Top 20 contestants for season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance on FOX. Schwimmer has finished top at the U.S. Open Swing Dance Championships and has won numerous U.S. titles.
