Right across from the Ohio Union of the Ohio State University, it is perfectly situated for college students to catch their favorite live acts. Whether its an aspiring up-and-coming act or a well established national performer, this venue has something for everybody: just take a look at the jam-packed Newport Music Hall schedule above!

The Newport Music Hall has been hailed as "America's Longest Continually Running Rock Club" by local fans. It was formally known as the State Theatre and the Agoura Ballroom before transforming into the beloved Newport Music hall. The venue can comfortably hold 1200 patrons and features the original facade and interior as its predecessors. While it may be known for showcasing local up-and-coming acts, the Columbus hotspot is also famous for featuring the last performance by John Lee Hooker in 2001.
