I am proud to announce our first meetup geared towards issues that matter to you! The Young Working Moms of Columbus meetup group is hosting a presentation and a Q/A discussion concerning children's learning. Our guest speaker for this event is Dr. Shayne Piasta, an Assistant Professor and Researcher at The Ohio State University. She will present information concerning the learning of very young children which may help inform and educate us on how to teach our own children. At the end of the presentation, there will be time to ask questions with Dr. Piasta and chat amongst ourselves. The presentation and discussion is for mom's with all ages of children... from infants to toddlers to elementary school aged. There will be refreshments served in the Meeting Room for everyone to enjoy. I look forward to seeing all of you at this meetup!!! More on our Guest Speaker...
