Presenters:

Dr. Audrey Todd, CEO of Food for Good Thought, Inc.

Dr. Audrey Todd obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University. She received her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Rutgers University and her Bachelor's degree from Duke University. In addition to maintaining a private practice in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Todd is the creator and CEO of Food for Good Thought, Inc., a supported employment and vocational rehabilitation facility dedicated to individuals living with autism. She has a son with autism, and is a certified consultant in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), a developmental treatment program to remediate the core deficits of the condition.


Chef of The Future Peter Klarman

Louisville, Kentucky based Chef Peter Klarman will soon be author and chef Peter Klarman. His book, "Better Food for a Better You," will be out this spring.

Since completing a culinary training program four years ago, he has worked in various restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky and in the food service kitchens of Wild Oats and Whole Foods Markets. In addition, he has been a personal chef for people with various health concerns and presented several food demonstrations throughout the area.

He believes in the importance of empowering yourself when it comes to making better food choices.


Mary K. Sharrett MS RD LD CNSD,
Clinical Dietitian, Nationwide Children's Hospital

Mary K. Sharrett MS RD LD CNSD is employed by Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. In her role as clinical dietitian she is on the Nutrition Support Service, the Intestinal Support Service and she works with patients diagnosed with Celiac disease. She founded the Gluten Free Gang over 25 years ago which is a support group for adults, parents, children and their families with celiac Disease and she continues to serve as the dietitian advisor to the group.


Michael Rice

Executive Chef, Cap City Diner

Michael was previously an Executive Sous Chef for the Blossom Deli in Charleston, WV, whom focused on contemporary American Cuisine and fusion style cooking prior to joining CMR in 2008 as Sous Chef.

Kelli Leingang, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian, Giant Eagle

Kelli is a Registered Dietitian licensed in the State of Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University in Medical Dietetics from the School of Allied Medical Health Professions. Kelli has worked in outpatient and community dietetics, specifically dealing with weight loss, weight maintenance, Diabetes management, Celiac Disease, food allergies and intolerances and adolescent nutrition. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, and is an avid lover of the culinary arts, planning to attend culinary school in the near future to expand her knowledge of healthy recipe preparation.


Eileen Henderson, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian, Giant Eagle

Eileen is a Registered Dietitian with a B.S. in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University and is licensed in the State of Ohio. Eileen's professional career includes work at Columbus Public Health and Nationwide Children's Hospital. She is available to meet one-on-one to determine individual nutrition needs and also offers a wide variety of group classes, store tours and food demonstrations on a regular basis.


Paula Monaco, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian, Giant Eagle

Paula is a Registered Dietitian with a B.S. in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University and is licensed in the State of Ohio. She completed her dietetic internship at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Paula's professional career has allowed her to gain experience in counseling individuals on weight loss, diabetes, food allergies, and other conditions. She is available to meet one-on-one to determine individual nutrition needs and also offers a wide variety of group classes and store tours on a regular basis. Paula is enthusiastic in helping to create life-long, sustainable changes to support a healthful well-being.
