Explore dyeing and painting on silk to create beautiful custom ribbons, tags and an exquisite silk scarf measuring 11 x 60'L. Various fine metallic paints and dyes introduced and several methods demonstrated. Many variations can be achieved and once learned, this technique can easily be done at home. Participants receive an extra length of silk for exploring effects and create a special pop-up paper folio (with dyed ribbon closure) to house your treasure. Perfect for gift giving!
